How long does it take to deliver my order?
We try to deliver your order within 5 business days, sometimes it takes a bit longer because we do everything on our own so please be patience. Haven’t you received your order after 7 business days? Feel free to contact us so we can look it up.

Can I change my address after completing an order?

We will ensure that the webshop does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However it cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are in stock or available. Return Policy

We will accept returns, and issue a refund. Anything that has been purchased online can be returned. To send the item back please contact us via info@jacintrill.com Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 10 business days after we receive your return. When placing an order at our webshop, you are responsible for the cost of return.

Faulty Items

We will return a product for faulty if it has failed to live up to its life expectancy and is covered by our warranty policy. The warranty policy is dependent on the product category and reason for failure.

Sales

All the items bought during sales cannot be refunded. Items will be refunded in the form of a voucher of the same amount to spend in our webshop.

Shipping

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.
